About Jobins Training
Personal teaching, built around working lives.
Founded in 2016, Jobins Training has supported around 5,000 OET and IELTS learners. Former students now live and work across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, including nurses who have progressed into professional registration and nursing careers.
Founder Jobin Thomas combines Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English Literature with UK registered nursing practice, Full Membership of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL), and current doctoral study. The defining strength of Jobins Training is personalised one-to-one tuition: students can choose suitable class days and times around shift work.

How do I find the right course?
Open Courses, choose a subject, then choose a skill or mock-test course. Check that the course matches the examination and version required for your study or professional registration.
Is Course 1 for all four OET skills?
No. OET Speaking for Nurses – Course 1 covers the Nursing Speaking sub-test only.
Can I try a lesson before enrolling?
The sample lesson lets you explore a communication activity, reveal a teaching example and check your understanding. It does not include a live assessment or an estimated grade.
