Online courses and downloads

Following successful payment, courses are added to your student account and e-book/download links appear in the order confirmation and account downloads area. Where immediate digital supply applies, the checkout asks for your express agreement. Downloads may be PDF or EPUB; an EPUB in a ZIP file must first be extracted. Contact contact@jobinstraining.com with your order number if access is missing.

Paperback books through Lulu Direct

Lulu Direct and its print/delivery partners produce and ship our paperbacks. Enter the recipient’s full delivery address and a contact telephone number at checkout. Printing takes place before shipping; delivery time depends on the book, destination and selected service. Your receipt confirms the purchase, not dispatch.

Available delivery services and charges must be confirmed before payment. If checkout does not offer a delivery service for your address, contact us before ordering; do not assume delivery is free. We will communicate any delay and the available cancellation options. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for returns and delivery problems.

One-to-one tuition

After purchase, contact us with your preferred days, times and time zone. Your tutor will agree a schedule around your shifts and commitments, subject to availability. Tuition is delivered online; no physical item is posted.
