Information used when you visit or enquire

Our hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and security logs. If you email or message us, we receive the contact details, message and preparation information you choose to provide.

We use enquiry information to answer your questions and discuss suitable learning options. Please do not send real patient information, identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information in a course enquiry.

Why we use information

We use information necessary to respond to a request you make about a service, including taking steps at your request before a contract. We also use necessary technical information for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website and handling enquiries. These uses do not give us permission to send unsolicited marketing.

Services and external links

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Our email service and the communication service you choose process messages to deliver them to us. Links to WhatsApp, Google Play, Google Maps, YouTube, Instagram and official information websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. Opening an external link may share technical information with that service.

Books purchased on Google Play are supplied through Google Play’s purchase process. This website does not receive your Google Play payment-card information.

Practice and cookies

The public sample lesson does not record your voice or produce an automated assessment. Its optional timer runs in your browser. Signing in to a WordPress account uses cookies to maintain your session. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working.

How long information is kept

We retain enquiry information only as long as necessary to handle the request, provide agreed support and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. The appropriate period depends on whether an enquiry leads to a service, an unresolved issue or a legal obligation. Contact us to request deletion or information about the retention of your records.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict its use, obtain a portable copy or object to processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where consent is the basis for a particular use, you can withdraw it.
