Purchasing from Jobins Training
Jobins Training supplies online exam-preparation courses, one-to-one tuition, e-books and paperback books through this website. For order enquiries or complaints, email contact@jobinstraining.com or call +44 7424 214188. Your product page identifies the item, included content and price. Prices are in GBP; any delivery charge must be shown before payment. A book purchase does not include a course or tuition unless its description expressly says so.
Orders and access
Check the edition, quantity, email and delivery address before ordering. Payment is processed through our existing WooPayments/Stripe connection. Course enrolment and digital downloads are released after successful payment. Use your own account and keep its login details private. If access fails, contact us with your order number.
Digital material is supplied for your personal study. You need an internet connection and a compatible browser; PDF files need a PDF reader and EPUB files need an EPUB reader. Where an EPUB is supplied in a ZIP file, extract it before opening. You may not resell, redistribute or share account access to our original material without permission; lawful exceptions are unaffected.
Tuition and scheduling
Choose your preferred days and times around shifts and other commitments. Sessions are arranged with your tutor, subject to mutually agreed availability and time zone. The purchased programme determines the number of sessions. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains cancellation and rescheduling.
Paperback fulfilment
Paperbacks are printed and delivered through Lulu Direct and its print/shipping partners. Jobins Training remains your contact for the purchase, delivery problems and refunds. Please read the Delivery Information and check the delivery details and total before paying.
AI practice and educational results
Selected enrolled courses include AI speaking, writing or assessment features. Voice practice requires microphone permission. Usage allowances and assessment-attempt rules apply. Automated feedback can be inaccurate; contact us if you need a result reviewed. Practice grades and Jobins certificates are educational records, not official examination results or professional qualifications. Never submit identifiable patient information.
Jobins Training is an independent preparation provider. Exam names describe preparation content and do not imply endorsement. No resource guarantees an exam score, admission, employment or visa outcome. Clinical examples are for language learning and do not replace clinical judgement.
Your rights
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that consumer law gives you. Privacy information is available in our Privacy Policy.
