Start with the skill you want to improve

A useful physiotherapy conversation makes room for fear, pain, work and expectations. Practise asking what the person hopes to do, explaining a plan in manageable steps and checking which part feels difficult. The course series covers different rehabilitation contexts; select by the listed scenarios rather than treating a higher course number as a higher level.

Writing practice has a different purpose: give the recipient the relevant history, current function and reason for the communication. Use the published outlines to compare these tasks with the speaking scenarios.
